Description: GEI is seeking Project Professionals who can contribute to the continued growth within GEI's land development infrastructure and water resources team and are interested in working collaboratively with a talented team of design, management, and technical leaders. This position will support GEI's land development engineering practice in our Markham, Ontario office, which provides services in a wide range of settings. Representing projects for the land development and civil site design for residential, industrial, commercial, and municipal sites.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage residential subdivision and site plan developments from preliminary design through construction and assumption
Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering design for various Land Development projects
Coordinate with and utilize technical resources within the land development group as projects demand
Preparation and review of Engineering drawings sets, technical memos, reports, construction plans and specifications

Looking for Candidates Who: 4+ years minimum industry experience
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is an asset
Experience with managing residential subdivision and/ or ICI developments
Experienced with standard analysis programs, Microsoft office programs, and other associated programs is desired
Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of motivation
Experience with writing and reviewing technical reports
