As a Server, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by delivering top-notch service with a smile. From corporate functions to weddings, to school events and private parties, you'll work alongside our experienced team to create memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and answering questions about our menu offerings.

• Assist with event setup, including arranging serving stations, organizing buffet displays, and ensuring proper presentation of food and beverages.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to company service standards and etiquette.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with cleanup after events.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and ensure seamless service throughout events.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer service-friendly attitude.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and team leaders.

• Availability to work on-call for at least two days per week, including evenings and weekends.
