We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team to help our customers drive organizational change through their software development practices. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development process and Agile methodologies with a focus on leveraging tools such as Zenhub, along with a strong background in consulting. You will be responsible for designing and implementing consulting offerings tailored to enhance productivity gains for software development teams through Agile practices and Zenhub integration.

What You'll Do

  • Work in partnership with our prospects and customers to better understand their businesses and the challenges they're facing, use data analysis to provide insights and value at an executive level
  • Develop and customize consulting offerings that align with Agile principles and Zenhub capabilities, tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of software development teams across various industries
  • Engage with clients at an executive level to understand their current software development processes, challenges, and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on how software development methodologies and Zenhub can be implemented to optimize productivity and enhance project outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive Agile transformation roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for implementation. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the transformation journey
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate software development teams on best practices, and the effective use of Zenhub. Provide coaching and mentoring to help teams overcome challenges and maximize the benefits of Agile methodologies
  • Identify areas for process improvement within software development workflows and facilitate the implementation of best practices to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste
  • Provide personalized product demonstrations for key clients that show this change in action
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of Agile transformations at various levels in the organization. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate outcomes, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of Agile transformation initiatives

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach) is a plus
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as an Agile coach, management consultant, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, software development methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • In-depth knowledge of Zenhub or similar Agile project management tools, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, facilitate workshops, and deliver presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in complex environments
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, scope engagements, and deliver value-added services
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in dynamic environments, with a willingness to travel as needed
  • Comfortable with data analysis, report building and data integrations architectures
