Due to growth within our company, *we are seeking a cabinet mover/driver to join our delivery team in Elmira *(just outside of Waterloo). Our delivery drivers are integral members of the Chervin family and facilitate a key step in the journey of bringing our clients' dreams to life. This is a full-time position with 44 hours a week. Our group of companies constantly strives to improve the quality, construction, and styling while offering excellent value and incomparable service to our customers. *Load furniture (packaged onto skids or carts) from our showroom into a straight truck and/or cube van * Unload items at site by hand and carry into the appropriate space – this may involve carrying the various items up and down stairs or small hills * Help maintain an organized and tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and enable your team to produce the best quality products * 3 years of driving experience with a valid G-license and a clean driving abstract * Knowledge of effective blanket-wrapping of products for safe and secure transportation * Physical ability to carry up to 100lbs of various sizes of furniture – possibly up and down stairs or small hills * Flexibility, willingness, and availability to make delivery areas to all service areas, and on any day Monday – Friday, as required * Fluent in written and oral English * A passion for the core values that our foundation to our company * Job Type: Full-time 00 per hour Casual dress * Dental care * Disability insurance * On-site parking * Monday to Friday * Overtime Overtime pay Driving: 3 years (preferred)
