Applying UX best practices to create intuitive and visually appealing application interfaces. Be in the office twice a week. (5+ years of professional experience in a software development role ~ Very strong programming skills in one or more of our core languages (C#, .NET Framework, Net6+, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET, MVC, EF)~3+ years of professional experience in mobile development and/or responsive web design (iOS, Android and/or Maui/Xamarin)~ Deep understanding of each of the parts that make up a modern web application (APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, security)~ Fundamental knowledge of core web principals ( DOM, SSL, web servers, client-side debugging)~ Front end framework experience using React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor is an asset. ~ Git, Azure DevOps, and Azure Portal are highly desirable but not required. ~ Fluency with relational databases, SQL or alternatively NoSQL databases ~ Extensive experience with SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Tables, Functions and Databases ~ A love and passion for improving software development workflows and processes.
