You'll collaborate closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) for complex cases and consultations and, under the guidance of managers and RNs, implement wellness programs, fostering a positive environment for both teams and residents. You will also maintain meticulous resident charting and information using advanced systems like Point-Click Care and EMAR, ensuring accurate reporting of acute resident information to our RNs.
