Vista Environmental Science is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist our commercial environmental group setup and complete Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for the commercial real estate industry.

Job duties include:

• Setting up projects in Vista's online drive
• Coordinating with research team
• Coordinating with reporting staff
• Preparing Phase I ESA reports to CSA and EPA standards
• Reviewing Phase I ESA reports
• Conducting Phase I ESA Site Inspections (optional)
• Assisting senior staff with Phase II ESA and groundwater monitoring/sampling programs

Ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years experience in the Environmental Consulting industry
• General knowledge of Edmonton and Northern Alberta
• Experience preparing commercial Phase I ESA reports
• Experience navigating the ESAR database and reviewing/summarizing historical reports

Compensation:

$50,000.00-$75,000.00 plus quarterly profit share performance bonus. Base salary depends on experience.
