Paid Orientation and ongoing training * Our company operates in six provinces, including the recent addition of Quebec, and being bilingual is required for our growing team. We offer diverse storage solutions to our clients, and our goal is to simplify the storage process. Our customers range from companies in construction or commercial business to individuals moving, renovating, or downsizing. The role involves accepting calls, emails, and online chats, supporting our busy facilities. Having some experience in a call center, busy switchboard, or fast-paced customer-facing environment is an asset. *The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Manager of Operations. Our regional office is in Woodbridge, and the role will have a hybrid work schedule. A schedule will be in place to ensure coverage coast to coast, the candidate will be expected to work on weekends, Saturdays or Sundays. Professional and positive customer interaction by phone, email, and live chat. * Prospect, pitch, and close on various products and services. * Ability to manage multiple tasks across various geographical locations and service types simultaneously. * Support various admin sites for CRM, facility access, gate codes, etc * Accurate data entry; Supporting the logistics, dispatch and coordination of the portable containers * Looking for opportunities to improve processes or support the business. * 2-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales or call center, or equivalent. * Bilingual, French and English to support our Quebec locations. * Customer service excellence, follow-up, and follow-through for clients. * Conflict management, diffusing client issues and complaints. * Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel proficiency Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Dental care * On-site parking * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * What does great customer service mean to you?
