*Production Lead Hand* Alliston, Ontario Straight day shift Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:15pm $25-27hr with Benefits and room to grow Qualified candidates should have experience with Aluminum Extrusion, Fabrication and Assembly Operations *Responsibilities*· Lead team of machine operators, fabricators and labourers · Schedule, direct and coordinate activities of shift · Read and interpret blueprints and drawings and ensure production accuracy · Troubleshoot production and quality issues · Maintain accurate production progress tracking and reporting any scheduling or material issues to Management · Address employee performance concerns regarding attendance and productivity · Guide, support and train team members. · Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed *Qualifications*· High School Diploma or equivalent experience · 2-3 years of experience in lead hand or supervisory role in manufacturing environment · Excellent communication, organizational and conflict resolution skills · Computer proficiency and ability to track and report on production progress and quality concerns Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person
