We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Recruitment Advisor to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment and Retention , you will play an integral part in Pattison Food Group Ltd. centralized recruitment team working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process through exceptional support and guidance to both. You will also support with onboarding activities and participate in retention initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing full cycle recruitment support across a variety of levels and business areas.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Advising hiring managers on recruitment processes and practices.
• Providing updates and feedback to hiring managers to support timely decision making and hiring.
• Providing a positive candidate experience and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborating with HR partners to ensure alignment with recruitment activities.
• Sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates through various channels including job boards and events.
• Maintaining and updating internal resources, including hiring tools and guidelines.
• Acting as a subject matter expert regarding internal standard processes and best practices.
• Supporting with organizational retention initiatives.

You have:

• 2+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment, ideally within a retail or customer centric organization.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience using an ATS and HRIS – experience with Workday is an asset.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Working knowledge of Canadian Labour Standards and Canadian Human Rights law.
• The ability to travel on an as needed basis for hiring events.
