Flex needed for weekend and some early evenings. Reports To: General Manager / Head of Sales Achieve monthly sales targets for functions, memberships and golf business. Lead, coach and develop the team of sales executives to achieve the required KPI's and results. Induct, train, and provide continuous development and feedback for each sales executive. Effectively convert prospects to clients/members through converting in-bound prospects and those lead-generated from networking, outreach and marketing activities. Champion all sales activity, prospecting, follow up calls and venue tours. Ensure that all sales procedures are being fully understood and executed. Enhance the club's social media and community presence. Build a rapport with Heads of Department and fully understand all aspects of sales from weddings through to golf memberships. The role will assume responsibility for driving revenue for Functions and Events, Golf Memberships, and Golf Day bookings. The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes and marketing methods as well as be able to adapt, coach and deliver business processes and sales techniques. Working with and leading a team of sales executives you will be responsible for multiple revenue streams and delivering performance to meet targets.
