Project Description:

Our client is one of the biggest educational companies in the USA and it is seeking to build a complete e-reader functionality with additional features to meet the needs of students and teachers, such as custom widgets. Future solutions must be WCAG AA compliant and are part of another application (not a stand-alone solution).

We Are Looking For:

1. Specialist with 3+ years of experience as a Playwright + TypeScript Test Automation Engineer
2. Experienced in analyzing requirements and identifying testable scenarios
3. Skilled in automation test cases using Playwright and TypeScript for web-based application
4. Expert in conducting peer reviews on Test Automation code
5. Familiar with coding best practices
6. Competent in managing codebase using version control systems (GIT) and ensuring proper branching, merging, and release management
7. Excellent in communication, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
8. Proficient with CI/CD process and Test Automation project integration into a pipeline, Github, Jenkins, VSCode (nice-to-have)
9. Knowledgeable in accessibility testing specific understanding (WCAG), libraries for Test Automation (as a benefit)
10. Experienced in building Test Automation frameworks from scratch, API testing experience (would be a plus)

If You Want To:

- Solve programming problems using Playwright and TypeScript in Test Automation
- Test and document work, maintain documentation for assigned programs
- Work closely with a whole development team and take part in planning all further activities
- Identify the best approaches for testing and automation processes
- Build strong relationships with a client
- Balance between Test Automation and Accessibility testing that will help you to understand a product deeper
