• Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) is required
• Certified in People Change Management (e.g. Prosci) is desired
• Education and training normally gained through post-secondary education at the University or Technical Institute level in one of following:
• Computer Science
• Business Administration
• Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but are significant to Senior Project Manager role (eg: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2)S

Skills & Experience :

• Minimum eight (8) years' experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Demonstrate experience leading projects using Agile and/or Hybrid Agile Methodology.
• Demonstrate experience of effective collaboration, planning and communication in the delivery of critical business driven initiatives.
• Proven experience with project budgeting, cost tracking and cost control.
• Proven experience managing project scope and schedule.
• Proven experience managing third party vendors and/or system integrators.
• Proven experience in managing complex IT Infrastructure projects including but not limited to managing requirements, solution design, development and testing.
• Proven experience managing cross divisional project teams and working with various stakeholders including Executive Management.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, methods, tools, and best practices used in project management. Maintains a high level of competency in project management related disciplines.
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Experience with environments such as: ClickSoft, Telecom Network Technology (wireless, wireline, integrated core architecture, 5G, etc), Salesforce, Information Systems Security, and ServiceNow.
