Responsible to to perform various functions related to the pre and post analytical phase of testing. These functions can include duties related to specimen collection/receipt/accessioning and processing, blood and bone marrow slide preparation, data entry, blood product reception/accessioning, data entry, inventory, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, maintaining /changing solutions/reagents on equipment, loading patient or quality control specimens onto analyzers, equipment maintenance, preparing and shipping specimens for transportation, issuing of blood products. Other duties as required by the Laboratory Manager, Technical Department Head.
