Reporting to the Senior Director of Go-To-Market, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping the brand identity and ensuring the success of launching new games and operating live game marketing. This role involves developing consumer-focused marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing partner relationships, and staying updated on market trends. The Product Marketing Manager plays a vital role in promoting the company's brand and driving its presence in the gaming industry.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:- Strategic Planning
- Execute marketing initiatives aligned with business and brand goals.
- Develop marketing campaign strategies based on consumer insights to support live games.
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate marketing strategies into the product concept.
- Work with Consumer Insights and Product Development to understand product appeal for various audience segments.
- Execute marketing plans for your franchise, ensuring consistent execution.
- Contribute to brand strategy development, including vision, promise, and messaging.
- Stay updated on competition and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Relationship Management
- Build relationships with Publishing, Game Development, and Licensing partners.
- Oversee partner and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Business Development to represent brands with 1st party partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with development teams, ensuring alignment between product offering and marketing efforts.
- Provide daily brand and marketing leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Budget Management
- Assist in managing annual marketing budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Understanding of consumer insights and their application in marketing.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Budget management and financial analysis proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

$75,000 - $88,300 a year
The salary range for this position is between CAD $75,000 - $88,300. This salary range is specific to candidates located in British Columbia. The salary of the successful candidate will vary within this range based on their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
