Job Title: Implementation Program Manager, Health Care Program

Job Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)

Job Type: Long term contract

As the Implementation Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of facilitating the successful delivery of projects and programs within our Health Care Program. Your role will encompass both business and technical leadership, guiding internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute conformance efforts, ensuring compliance with digital health standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define conformance scope and ensure seamless alignment.
  • Lead and monitor the performance of projects, ensuring desired outcomes.
  • Manage project teams and resources, overseeing project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Implement effective processes for risk identification and mitigation, ensuring quality results.
  • Define key performance indicators to assess Program performance.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team.
  • Provide support to Strategy and Program Management Office leaders, contributing to program maturation.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and alignment with best practices.
  • Assess change management needs for projects/programs and develop corresponding strategies.
  • Contribute to stakeholder impact assessments and communication plans.
  • Support the implementation of action plans to drive project/program results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management in the health care sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects/programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
