Your responsibilities- Suggestion of products and equivalence of competitors, to external sales, distributors and contractors/user.
- Technical support (level 2).
- Work with the outside sales team to review and use SPA's (Special Pricing Agreements).
- Preparation of bids and pricing assistance within a mandated time frame.
- Provide RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) information to outside sales and validate approvals with customer service.
- Provide customer and market information to the sales and marketing group.
- Work with customer service for order resolution.
- Assist and support fellow team members.
- Bilingual French, English - spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- 2+ years experience in a similar environment.
- Experience in a B2B company.
- Comfortable with the use of multiple computer systems.
- Excellent communication and file management skills, organization and the ability to undertake multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented and accurate.
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
