Our organization is seeking a Procurement Analyst to assist the Closure Procurement Team in North America. In this role, you will be a key support to the whole Closure procurement team in North America. You are self driven and with a strong positive solution oriented mindset. You have a good understanding of the Procurements processes and are able to manage end to end simple request for proposals. You are familiar and learn fast systems like Ariba, SAP, Power Bi, Power App. You are pro-active and with a strong continuous improvement mindset. You have strong analytical skills and masters the Microsoft office suite. You are ready to come to the office 3 to 4 days a week. Some of your tasks will be: Lead simple RFP from beginning to finish Support analysis of more complex RFP with procurement project managers Support the team with all SAP and Ariba related requests (Vendor creation, RFP set up, etc) Co lead development and adoption of Power App and Power Bi dashboards Support activities for category strategy definition (Spend Analysis, Market analysis, etc) Requirements and Qualifications Bilingual -- strong language skills Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or logistics preferred Supply chain experience a plus Experience with SAP, ARIBA, Power App, Power BI Organizational skills Self Driven Pro-Active Solution driven #J-18808-Ljbffr
