Tasks:

1. Assist during routine systems testing
2. Assist in locating and isolating system problems
3. Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures
4. Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
5. Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair
6. Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and to ensure plant systems are operating normally
7. Perform routine equipment maintenance

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:

Stationary Engineer 4th Class

Equipment and machinery experience:

Ammonia refrigeration, Chillers, HVAC, High pressure boilers, Pumps, Valves

Area of specialization:

Heating Maintenance, Mechanical engineering technology, Refrigeration Repair, Ventilation, Facility management

Transportation/travel information:

Own vehicle
