Working closely with the Custom Cubes' partners, the Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will be a T-shaped marketer with depth of knowledge in content marketing and Graphic/UI design and is responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. The Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will also manage all SEM campaigns and marketing strategies. As the subject matter expert, this role is pivotal in making recommendations on achieving greater results with current strategies and preparing to break into new markets as well as driving the branding efforts effectively. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategy, PPC, and SEM initiatives aimed toward increasing brand awareness and inbound leads.
- Develop marketing material, including Ads, promotions & brochures.
- Managing the development of websites, digital tools, and properties, including UI design (using HTML/CSS) and CMS use for updates and content management.
- Analyzing and reporting on digital performance (SEM, SEO, and other engagement metrics), and providing executive-level reports monthly.
- Ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve website and digital property performance.
- SEO activities, completing performance audits, developing, and carrying out strategy to increase performance and reach goals.
- Working with external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a performance-driven digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, WordPress, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in understanding Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and, Meta Ads campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
- An interest in learning proprietary digital platforms.
- Intermediate coding experience with HTML/CSS predominantly on WordPress.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
- Portfolio of visual content, including UI design, print design, and other marketing collateral.
