As a member of the People & Culture team, the People & Culture Coordinator will support the day-to-day functions of our team and will be instrumental in our ability to scale our business and continue evolving our incredible team and culture.
You will:- Assisting in onboarding set up for new team members
- Confirming training schedules for all new hires are complete and booked into calendars
- Enrolling all new hires into company benefits and monitoring for ongoing changes or updates to ensure all team information is accurate
- Preparing and sending new hire welcome packages
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring leads with recruitment coordination, including scheduling coffee meetings and in-person interviews, and preparing materials for interviews
- Managing scheduling and registration for all ongoing team certifications and training
- Coordinating CAJG and other grant and funding applications to support continuing education programs for the Litco Law team
- Maintaining accuracy of HRIS systems with all team record changes and updates
- Assisting with semi-monthly payroll submissions through ADP WorkforceNow
- Supporting the wider Litco team as the point of contact for all People & Culture related queries utilizing a centralized task portal (FreshDesk)
- Working as part of the People & Culture team to complete other tasks as needed
