Crossway Elm Creek is looking for a full-time Youth Pastor who has a dedicated faith in Jesus, is highly relational, and has strong organizational, teaching and leadership skills to work with our staff and volunteers. We are a rural church of about two hundred. We have a vibrant student ministry with a grade 9-12 group and a grade 6-8 group of about thirty students each. The Youth Pastor works closely with church leadership and volunteers to disciple the students of Crossway Elm Creek and surrounding area and nurture a culture that results in young people on mission.
