Receptionist Job Duties:
- Welcoming clients who come to the office
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Scanning documents and archiving files
- Photocopying, binding documents and reports
- Entering of client and file information into MS Access
- Filing
- Processing credit card payments
- Other administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate would have a basic knowledge of the construction industry.
The position reports to the Office Administrator.
