Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Welcoming clients who come to the office
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • Scanning documents and archiving files
  • Photocopying, binding documents and reports

  • Filing
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Other administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate would have a basic knowledge of the construction industry.

The position reports to the Office Administrator.
