Your Job:
  1. Handle requests from our partners (in writing and/or by telephone) by demonstrating listening, empathy and analytical skills to understand the unique context of each situation.
  2. Assess the criticality of each situation, propose solutions, intervene directly to resolve and/or coordinate the resolution of situations that require it by calling on your expertise.
  3. Interact with the different sectors of the Bank, managers and employees to interpret information and offer them support and advice.
  4. Assist partners by offering them technical and administrative support during the implementation of new products, procedures or services; provide training and guide them on more complex cases.
  5. Be proactive in reporting opportunities for organizational improvement.

Operations is a large sector of more than 2,500 employees where the majority of transactions and customer requests pass through. Work schedules are flexible and include teleworking depending on operational needs. This position reports to the director and you collaborate daily with the members of your team in handling sector activities. Prerequisites:

Completed three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and four years of relevant experience.

French/English bilingualism necessary , because you will regularly deal with partners/clients located outside Quebec and across Canada.
