• Opening of projects (Excavation info, location requests, etc.);
• Analysis of plans and specifications;
• Application for traffic obstruction permits;
• Communication with clients;
• Billing for each project and sending final plans and specifications to clients;
• Review of invoices received from suppliers;
• Collection of essential documents for project billing;
• Analysis of daily reports from production staff;
• Any other related tasks.

Requirements

• Technical or vocational training in accounting or secretarial work;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Bell and Hydro-Québec systems (an asset);
• Proficiency with MS-Office suite and general computer skills;
• Priority management;
• Punctuality, organization, and independence;
• Proficiency in French.
