Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience

Tasks:

1. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
2. Assign, co-ordinate and review technical work
3. Evaluate technical designs and engineering work
4. Oversee the preparation of reports
5. Advise senior management
6. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
7. Conduct performance reviews
