JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor who will report to the OHS team leader in the Research Center. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and implementation of best OHS practices, contributing significantly to the organization's OHS objectives. You will have the opportunity to work in a company where the health and safety of employees is the top priority.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:- Act as a strategic business partner in OHS within the product development team, focusing on electric vehicles development.
- Advise and support teams in developing and establishing OHS best practices.
- Participate in planning safety activities and daily implementation of the OHS program.
- Establish efficient work methods to reduce OHS risks.
- Participate in defining vehicle testing methods.
- Collaborate daily with a dynamic team dedicated to pushing the limits.
- Requirements:
- Recognized safety-related discipline diploma and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good management of priorities and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment.
- Assets:
- Health and safety certificate.
- Functional French and English, spoken and written. Spanish is an asset.
- Technical mechanical or electrical knowledge.
