1.0 FTE Continuing full-time Senior Math, Career Life, Transitions and Academic Advising with the exact assignment to be determined by the principal, beginning September 1, 2024.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Training and experience working with grade-level students.
• Experience adapting materials, resources, assessments and learning outcomes for student needs.
• Valid BC Teaching Certificate and familiarity with BC Curriculum.
• Teaching category five or higher.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A commitment to supporting a variety of learning needs.
• Experience/training in supporting the social-emotional learning needs of students.
• Committed to establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
• Committed to working as a member of a school team in support of students.

M oving Allowance Support: $1500.00 for teachers within BC and $2000.00 within Canada.

The starting annual salary for this full-time teacher position ranges from $58,340 to $106,217, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
