Position: Human Resources Advisor

As a Human Resources Advisor at Groupe Nordik, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices. You will also support all HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, Health and Safety initiatives, HR projects, and the integration of new hires.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as an advisor to managers, providing support on various HR matters.
  2. Manage the hiring process, advising and assisting managers in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  3. Oversee resource planning, job descriptions, job evaluations, and selection processes.
  4. Assist in the preparation of selection tools and participate in recruitment when required.
  5. Welcome and integrate new employees based on best market practices.
  6. Provide coaching to employees and managers for personal development and performance issues.
  7. Manage HR compliance programs and advise on occupational health and safety frameworks.
  8. Perform administrative tasks to support HR processes.
  9. Support managers during annual performance appraisal periods.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Education: University degree or college diploma in human resources management, business administration, or industrial relations.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR department as a generalist.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, understanding of confidentiality and HR processes.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English.
  • Environment: Interest in working in an Agile environment.
