Salary Range: $85,000.00 To 100,000.00 Annually

The Opportunity:

As a Logistics Specialist you will ensure all international rules and regulations are complied with when processing incoming and outgoing shipments. This position is also responsible for scheduling all inbound/outbound shipments in a timely, cost effective manner while ensuring that all LSI quality and safety policies/procedures are met.

Your Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:

• Recommend and implement optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment and frequency for all shipments.
• Create and maintain policies and/or procedures for all logistics activities to ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
• Play a lead role in carrier selection, qualification and performance evaluation.
• Accurate and timely completion of all shipping and receiving paperwork as per requirements (Packing Slips, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Delivery Tickets, etc.).

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• College/university graduate with diploma/degree in business or supply chain management preferred.
• Progressive global logistics experience required. Supervisory experience would be an asset.
