Être le partenaire d'affaires qui soutient les activités de la Distribution pharmaceutique en offrant des services financiers sous forme d'analyses de rentabilité et de tarification, et sous forme de modélisation et de présentation de bilans de rentabilité. Préparer et diriger une partie du processus d'analyse financière, en particulier par la création de dossiers de bilans de rentabilité et par la documentation des hypothèses à l'appui. Effectuer des analyses de valeur ajoutée sur les activités des unités d'affaires et fournir les recommandations requises afin de soutenir la prise de décision. Collaborer avec les Directeurs Principaux FP&A de Distribution pharmaceutique et de santé spécialisés relativement aux dossiers liés à la planification financière et l'établissement du budget, aux tableaux de bord financiers, aux analyses concurrentielles de référence et aux présentations de gestion financière. Baccalauréat en commerce avec une concentration en finance ou en comptabilité. Titre de comptable (CA, CGA, CMA, CPA) obligatoire (MBA sera aussi considéré). Expertise éprouvée en analyse de rentabilité, modélisation financière et planification financière. Excellentes compétences en organisation/planification et respect des échéanciers urgents. Solides compétences en analyse, capacité d'établir des liens clairs entre les résultats financiers et les inducteurs de performance opérationnelle, capacité de gérer et prioriser plusieurs projets. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing financial analyses relating to profitability and pricing strategies for the Pharmaceutical Distribution and Specialty Health businesses. Support the Pharmaceutical Distribution and Specialty Health businesses, offering finance services specifically relating to profitability and pricing analyses as well as business case modeling and presentations. Prepares and leads part of the financial analysis process, specifically by generating financial business cases and documenting supporting assumptions. Performs value-add analyses on the Pharmaceutical Distribution and Specialty Health businesses and provides decision support, as well as identifies and articulates trends and emerging developments through close collaboration with key departmental stakeholders such as Logistics, National Operations, National Sales and Supply Solutions. Director FP&A of Pharmaceutical Distribution and Specialty Health on files related to financial planning and budgeting, operational & financial dashboards, benchmark competitive analyses and financial management presentations. Present and manage risks and opportunities for the business unit. Be proactive in providing recommendations to mitigate risks and implement opportunities. Contributes to the advancement of special projects such as profitability tool implementation as well as other process improvement projects. Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting. Must have an accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, CPA). MBA will also be considered. Demonstrates expertise in business case analysis and financial modeling and FP&A. Strong organizational/planning skills and a strong sense of urgency. Able to manage tight deadlines in a changing environment, strategic and proactive thinker, with a flexible attitude and approach to business solutions. Ability to work in a cross functional environment and with people at various levels up to senior management. Strong analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to SAP would be considered an asset. Bilingual (written and oral) would be considered an asset. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English.
