Role Responsibilities:

• Strategize and Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with Canada's top retailers and major brands to develop winning strategies.
• Drive Sales Growth: Provide invaluable insights to supercharge our sales process and expand existing account businesses.
• Exceed Targets: Go above and beyond to smash sales budgets and volume targets.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Lead negotiations with finesse, ensuring every deal aligns perfectly with our company's interests.
• Face Challenges Head-On: Address and resolve challenges swiftly to keep the momentum going.
• Keep Everyone in the Loop: Provide regular reports on opportunities, appointments, and key metrics to keep the team informed.

Qualifications:

• Sales Savvy: Previous experience in grocery-related sales is a must.
• Industry Know-How: A solid understanding of the Retail sales industry is highly advantageous.
• Detail-Oriented: Your organizational skills are second to none, and you're a master of time management.
• Team Player: Stellar teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• Willing to Go the Distance: Frequent travel is part of the gig, so pack your bags!
