They will be establishing standards, controls and procedures to reduce non-compliance, unethical and improper conduct, for ensuring these are communicated and institutionalized throughout Enbridge, and for monitoring of compliance with these standards and proceduresEnbridge is progressive, offer flexibility, opportunities for growth, work life balance, competitive benefits, pension plan, and generous time off. What You Will Do:Work with the Ethics & Compliance investigations team to conduct internal investigations into allegations of ethics and compliance-related misconduct.Provide input to the design, development and implementation of a root cause analysis program to be applied on substantiated matters to inform on potential systemic enterprise risks.Strategically develop and prioritize proactive monitoring in key risk areas for timely discovery of potential misconduct.as needed to address hidden risk or non-conformity issuesApply data analytics, reviewing patterns and anomalies and identifying trends and opportunities for improvementKeep abreast of changes in applicable rules, regulations, standards and related trends that are relevant to Enbridge operations and the Ethics and Compliance Program and to make vital modifications to policies and proceduresWho You Are:You possess a Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited university.Membership in a law society/bar association.4-7 years of experience in legal work with law firm or in-house legal group after receiving bar association membership.Enbridge's FlexWork (Hybrid Work Model) offers eligible employees the opportunity to work variable daily schedules with a flexible start and end time, to opt for a compressed workweek schedule, and the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
