Our goal is to work within the community and help our customers meet their insurance and financial services needs. *Insurance Account Representative *To work as an employee of a Desjardins Agent Network (DAN) independent contractor agent assisting the agent in selling and marketing DAN products and services and in providing quality service to DAN customers. *MUST HAVE following licenses (both preferred): OTL/RIBO; Experience in retail sales, marketing or customer service desirable. * Experience with computer software required. * Knowledge of personal lines insurance products desirable. *Ability to learn and apply product, industry and market knowledge to make professional recommendations to prospects and policyholders and to satisfy insurance licensing requirements. * Languages: fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi * JOB RELATED TRAINING COURSES, LICENSING AND PROGRAMS___________* Successfully complete all company & Provincial requirements (licenses) to sell and service designated DAN products and continue to be licensed in good standing is required. *Work from the agent's office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in sales appointments Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Flexible Language Requirement: * French not required Day shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Brampton, ON L6T 4W8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) OTL/RIBO and/or LLQP license (preferred)
