_*Nella Toronto is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team for our Norfinch location!*_

*Responsibilities:*
* Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services
* Assist with shelf-stocking and merchandising
* Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
* Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement
* Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them
* Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service
* Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately
* Maintain professional appearance and attitude
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
* Perform additional duties as required

*Requirements:*
* *2 years of Customer Service experience*
* *Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset*
* *Speaking Korean is an asset*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Comfort in working in a high-volume role
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Ability to life 50-60lbs comfortably
