At Rx Connect Specialty Pharmacy, we provide patient-centric healthcare and assist patients in overcoming the challenges of specialty pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager will report directly to the Director of Specialty Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager is an integral member of the pharmacy team and works with the Senior Manager and the Director in the overall compliance, operations, management, and planning of pharmacy services. A significant role of the Pharmacy Manager is the inter-departmental collaboration on projects with Specialty Services, Consulting, Patient Support Programs, and Distribution. *Ensuring that all prescriptions are dispensed in accordance with provincial regulations, standards of practice and company policies * Providing a high level of pharmaceutical care for patients: patient/prescription assessment, patient counselling, injection training * Optimizing dispensary processes * Support, coach and co-ordinate activities of pharmacy technician and assistants * Other special projects as assigned by management *Injection Training required * Minimum 2 years' experience working in a pharmacy environment * Strong understanding of third-party billing * Critical thinker who is a creative problem solver * Bilingualism in English and French is an asset * Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) Office Programs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Casual dress * Dental care * On-site parking * Work from home 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Can you state your SCPP license number?
