Source Office Furnishings is seeking applications from qualified individuals for inside sales as a *Furniture Sales Specialist* at our Kelowna, BC location. This is a full-time position that provides a base salary and guaranteed commission for the first 12 months.

The Furniture Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers and presenting various products and solutions to help them create the space they need for their offices. They use a consultative selling style to determine the customer's needs to recommend and create space layout plans to show the options available for product installation.

*What you will do:*

*_Sales_*

· Sell the entire range of Source products through a consultative approach in our vast showroom environment

· Assist all customers, whether walk-in, by phone, or via email, determining their needs and proposing appropriate solutions

· Create and present a proposed layout of the customer's space reflecting product based on specific measurements using a CAD program to provide a 2D and/or 3D visual

· Provide product quotes as required

*_Administrative Duties_*

· Complete all work orders, invoices, quotes and all other necessary paperwork related to each sale

*What you bring to the role:*

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task

· Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers with open communication

· Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· 2-3 years of retail experience; office furniture related experience an asset

· Proven sales track record and ability to follow up with customers by phone and email

· Must be available to work Saturdays by rotation

We provide competitive compensation and benefits which include a *Base Salary plus Commissions*

*Salary: $38,400 plus guaranteed commission of $500.00 per month (whichever is higher) for 12 months.*
