Compensation: $22.19 per hour Schedule : Full-time Permanent 40 hour per week Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work on Saturdays, when needed)8:00 am to 4:30 pm What you will be doing: Create work orders for incoming damaged products needing repair. Update work orders with parts and labor status for warranty claims. Check parts ordered from the prior day. Post payments from manufacturers and customers. Assist customers via the DA hotline, providing allowances to keep the appliance. Calculate technician metrics and KPIs. Book in-house technicians for repairs. Create and adjust schedules for technicians. Adjust schedules in Service Manager. Submit mileage requests for payment to manager. Submit claims for parking and reimbursements for technicians. Work on weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and patterns, assisting supervisors with reporting on parts trends and returns. Order office supplies as required. Maintain a clutter-free environment. Perform all other duties as assigned. What you bring: Minimum 6 months to 1 year administration experience is considered an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Confident, helpful, and customer-oriented phone presence is required. Good judgment and decision-making skills, using data and an understanding of business objectives.
