Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible for handling the various corporate and transactional aspects of the firm and its clients. Prepare documentation related to incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances, rollovers, share capital and other corporate transactions Draft annual corporate resolutions and maintain company records Manage client corporate records and participate in various projects related to the corporate law practice of the firm Participate in the continuous development of junior paralegals 6+ years experience in corporate law (more junior submissions will be considered for high-aptitude candidates)~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of Minute Box is an asset) We strive for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and value the unique skills and experiences that everyone brings to KRB.
