Mentor junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaboration and Client Interaction: Interact with clients to address project needs and ensure satisfaction. Participate in technical meetings to share insights and expertise. Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement procedures to improve project efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and provide mentorship for performance enhancement. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or equivalent. Professional Designation of P.Geol. with at least 5 years of experience in groundwater assessment projects. Proficiency in hydrogeological principles and related technical areas.
