Manage service proposal pipeline for all assigned accounts he/she is accountable Manage Customer and Service Opportunities using the C360 Customer Relationship System (Salesforce). Responsible for the compliance with the Company opportunity acquisition process including preparation of quality gates and ensuring technical and commercial approvals are obtained Manage and coordinate proposal development activities for all new Value-Added Service Opportunities. Fielding of all customer inquiries received Processing of customer orders, ensuring successful hand-over to the Service Execution & Coordination team so all customer needs and expectations are well understood to be properly executed. Work closely with other processes such as Application Support, Projects, Service, Logistics or Marketing in order to fully satisfy the customers' needs Post-seconday education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields like instrumentation, automation, electronics or engineering Minimum 5 years of Business 2 Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service. Intermediate computer processing skills including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word English and French
