Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French Speaking)

Location: Burlington Ontario

Exempt: Full Time M-F 8:00-5:00

Pay: $45,000- 55,000 Canadian Dollar

Karndean Designflooring Canada is seeking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work from our headquarters in Burlington.

Responsibilities: Include but not limited to providing excellent customer service experience to all internal and external customers by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner. Providing recommendations and or facilitating the right information on the first try. Process orders with proper supporting documentation from order to cash and reverse logistics.

Cross functional teamwork will be required with the distribution center, finance, marketing and purchasing.

Requirements: You must be bilingual in French no exceptions you must have five or more years of customer service experience in a corporate environment. Manage and demonstrate superior communication skills with direct consumer requests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat box. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy while resolving customer complaints in a timely manner and provide timely information about our supply chain and products. You must have the ability to multitask and be organized.

Experience with D365 an asset.
