Our client in the construction industry is looking for a Senior Project Manager to come join their growing team. You will have a background in infrastructure and heavy civil construction, ideally be located within the Brantford metropolitan area and bring a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role. A day in the life will entail conducting site visits, engaging with on-site supervisors, managing purchase orders, reading and interpreting blueprints and most importantly overseeing the projects from inception to completion. Collaborative teamwork is key to your success, as well as a flexibility to move around from site to site and be available and hands-on when needed. General schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours with flexibility to attend to business needs as they arise. Salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $130K to $150K annually with an additional bonus structure linked to performance metrics and KPIs.
