We're looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. We're seeking someone who's passionate about discovering talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Manage a diverse range of positions, including both salaried and hourly roles, within the food manufacturing industry. Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with candidates, team members, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive recruitment environment. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, to support recruitment efforts during peak periods. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory. Proven experience in recruiting for both salary and hourly positions, in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
