Reporting to the Director, Operational Excellence, the purpose of this position is to support the development and implementation of the Operational Excellence program in alignment with the overall business strategy.Lead or support continuous improvement projects and events, including developing project plans, setting timelines, and tracking progress to successful completion. Support the development and implementation of Operational Excellence program elements. Identify and deliver on opportunities to drive the Operational Excellence culture and to improve overall engagement while remaining agile in approach. Monitor and advise on the alignment of improvement projects and events to the Operational Excellence standards and procedures. Assess, develop, facilitate and recommend Operational Excellence training programs focused on continuous improvement skills development throughout the organization. Facilitate and coach employees and leaders on the identification and development of improvement projects and their execution. Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and measure the effectiveness of process improvements. Use data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for enhancement. Provide recommendations for key performance indicators to ensure the right things are being measured in support of overall business strategy. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
