Abalon Construction has 54+ years of experience as a General Contractor in Edmonton repairing foundations, and dealing with re-grading projects around residential homes for many decades.

This opportunity is for a talented individual to estimate, sell, bid, manage, and supervise our Residential Yard Re-grading projects around Edmonton.

This candidate must have great experience and knowledge regarding Grading around residential homes, the rules and regulations required by the city of Edmonton for mostly existing properties, and knowledge of these systems. We don't get into much "cosmetic" or "yard" landscaping, we mostly deal with building up grade, window wells, yard-drainage, french drains, and some engineered retaining walls.

This position will be a split between selling/estimating projects earning a commission on bidding projects, as well as supervising and managing those sites on a daily basis relating to Residential & Commercial Re-Grading/final grade projects.

Comfort dealing directly with clients and stakeholders, city-permit holders, and sub-trades is a requirement for this position in order to succeed.

Income for this position depends one experience and ability. We estimate a combined commission / salary structure for the position ranging from $65,000 Base Salary + Commissions increasing this positions income to $65,000 - $120,000+ on a yearly basis.
