The ideal candidate would be joining the service delivery team and working with small, medium, and national-size accounts which provide end-to-end payroll solutions for these companies. They should have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces and unions across Canada. They should have their PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvement within payroll.
