Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently and safely.
• Assemble and package products according to company specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and meet production quotas.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus.

• If you introduce someone & they end up buying full Area, State or Province as a Master Franchisee, you earn a $50,000referral bonus.
• If you introduce someone & they end up buying full single store Franchise, you earn a $10,000referral bonus.
• If you introduce someone & they end up getting Hired on our payroll as Director of Franchise Sales, you earn $5,000referral bonus. They will get 100K Salary + 100K+ Bonus. They must be full time, exclusive & live the area.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
