Technical Expertise: Leverage your strong technical background to understand the unique skill sets required for various roles within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of technical requirements. of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor landscapes within the capital markets and asset management sectors. Use this knowledge to tailor recruitment strategies and stay ahead of talent market dynamics. Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand by showcasing the organization's strengths, achievements, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on talent acquisition metrics and trends. **Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on capital markets and asset management roles. Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and assess complex technical requirements for various positions. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, particularly in capital markets and asset management.
