As a member of the project team, you will work closely with our Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure project plan administration supports the execution of field operations. Responsibilities Assist with construction projects including liaison with Architects, Consulting Engineers, Subcontractors and Owners Assist with preparation and execution of overall work plan and schedule Review and process shop drawings Prepare cost estimates for change order and audit purposes Price site instructions, work orders and change notices Prepare monthly progress application and expedite payment Provide document turnover to client at completion of project Resolve deficiencies in a timely manner Provide other technical office support as required by the Production staff Assist with maintenance of project files and preparation of reports Attend job site subcontractor and safety meetings Qualifications Motivated and confident with excellent verbal and written English communication skills Highly organized, excellent time management skills and able to multi-task Ability to meet job demands and deadlines Must have minimum 3 years of related work experience as a Project Coordinator.
